Hey, Jon!
Templater is Version 2.8.0 MFG
The only time sculpting is taking place in our master comp that we render out of. Now some of the layers go as deep as four levels, as far as precomps go, but again only templater is applied to the outermost layer if that makes sense.

Has anyone run across the issue of having to press “preview” multiple times for time sculpting to completely finish across the entire project.
We currently have 30 layers that have time sculpting applied, and all but 2-4 layers properly shift and trim. Upon pressing the preview button two more times, they then correctly follow their parameters set in the templater settings. We’ve checked the log and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary - the layers that don’t respond are listed towards the bottom of the list.
We’ve also triple-checked the time-sculpting parameters to make sure that user error is not causing the issue. Any thoughts?

Through troubleshooting I discovered the image buffer issue goes away when I time shift to a .mov file, rather then an .aif audio file. So, it appears time sculpting does not work when referencing an aif file. So, the adjustment layer issue is only the current issue as of this message.

@cmoyer Here is another error that is popping up that seems to be Templater related. It is an image buffer error when time shifting is selected. Here is the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpBGmOeDN_4&feature=youtu.be)

Here is a video demonstrating the issue. Hopefully this clarifies the problem. If you have any further questions about our workflow, please let me know. Video Link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqvK61-oj0w&feature=youtu.be)

I have several adjustment layers inside a precomp (the glass reflections). Once I apply the Templater Settings effect to that precomp, which has the collapse transformations button checked, the adjustment layers turn off and no longer show through.
Is this simply a limitation of Templater?
Without Adjustment Layers
With Adjustment Layers
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
