      Using Bot I have a placeholder image for when a user does not upload a logo. When this is replicated and rendered in AME the placeholder has an X through it like a trial version would. This is not showing inside After Effects, just when rendering in Media Encoder. What should I do?

        Hi Rival,

        Apologies for the long delay on the forum reply. We’re you able to get this solved? It sounds like a cacheing issue or possibly that either AE or AME need to be restarted. Were you able to get it resolved?
