Two image links for download

Hi,
How can I set up two columns with links to images that I want to be downloaded simultaneously and then put then in Placeholders?
I’m trying with “image1” and “image2” but then the Bot downloads only the image from “image1” column and place it on both placeholders inside AE.

Also, after first download and import on empty placeholder, after that if I change the link to the image, it wont download it again, I need to put new empty placeholder to download new image. Is it possible to fix that in some way ?
