An error with code [ 3 ] ocurred when requesting information from a Google: ScriptError
-
@Jorge-Santana If you are using “the Bot” by clicking “Enable Bot” you will need to have a “render-status” column in your Sheet with values set as “ready” for the rows that you want to render. That ScriptError appears when you enable the Bot without a “render-status” column-- the Bot doesn’t know which rows to render. The error can also occur when you do have a “render-status” column without a corresponding “bot” column and value when you have set a Bot Name in Templater’s Preferences. If you’re not using multiple Bots to render, then leave that option blank in the Preferences, and don’t worry about adding a “bot” column into your data.

Hi Jon, the error is gone after I added the columns you said. Thank you!
I have another question:
I get the message that all the compositions have been replicated, but I can’t find them in the destination folder. I am generating compositions for a watch folder in Adobe Media Encoder.
-
@Jorge-Santana Can you check and make sure that the 'Send replicates to Adobe Media Encoder (CC Only) option is checked in the Templater Preferences panel? That’s the most likely culprit. If that doesn’t make a difference, it’s possible, if you’re using an
output
column, that a subfolder might be being created where the replicates are being stored. I’d recommend checking that option first and if that doesn’t solve things, let us know. Thanks. -
Hi Jeff, thanks!
I fond my replicated compositions.
Thanks for the help.

I´m having the same problem here.
But I´ve already created a column named render-status.
For some reason I cannot get the bot to work.
I even thought the problem was I had the OUTPUT column in the end, so I brought it to the beggining.
And I deleted all the columns I was not using for Templater.
But still, I can´t find the solution.
What else can I do about it? -
I´ve tryed now in a different spreadsheet that only have 3 columns - 2 data and 1 render-status -, and happens the same:
error 3
Could you please help me? -
@RobAranter You need to make sure that you have an empty column at the end of your sheet. If you only have three columns, and all of them have data in them, that will cause an error with the Bot. If you have data in three columns, you need at least four columns, total, with the last one being empty.
We are going to be pushing out an update soon that will resolve this issue, if that is what you are experiencing, but the workaround is pretty straightforward in the meantime.
It could also happen if your column isn’t called exactly
render-status
, but something such asrender_status
, or if you’ve set aBot name
in Templater’s Preferences, but there is nobot
column in your data. -
Hello!
I can´t see what I´m doing wrong.
Please check the image.
And still doesn´t work.

Could it be something related to my google account?
I´ve just tried another account and it worked -
@RobAranter Do you have any special characters in the title of your Google Sheet?
It could also be something to do with your Google Account, or with the authorization that Templater had previously retrieved. Can you try signing back into the problematic account in the Google Sheets Setup?
