Templater Settings - Layout not working after 3.0 update

After updating to Templater 3.0, the templater settings layout controls - scale, alignment and attachment - no longer function when previewing or exporting. The templater settings effect still works to update dynamic layers. This has been confirmed across multiple machines and projects.

The first thing we should probably check is a new option in the Templater Preferences panel. In Templater 3.0, we added the ability to disable Templater’s Layout and Time Sculpting functions in case an end-user wanted to use a different plugin for those actions.
In the Templater Preferences panel, there should be a line that reads “Use Templater’s” with two checkboxes for “Layout engine” and “Time Sculpting”. Let’s make sure that both of those boxes are checked. We’ve seen an intermittent issue where those boxes can be unchecked after upgrading to Templater 3.0.
If that doesn’t make a difference, let us know, and we’ll see where we need to go from there.
