Using a script to pull all Google Sheets into one sheet - issues.

I’ve got a Google Sheet set up working with a separate sheet for multiple languages - for clarity.
When I go to render I like to pull all the sheets into one long sheet using…
=QUERY({ })
Which works fine on my Windows PC.
I have a colleague trying to do the same thing but on Mac OSX, I only mention this because it seems to be the only difference otherwise we are set up identically with AE and Templater.
It only works on my end and when they try to do it Templater just returns errors.
Does anyone have any idea why?

That’s quite odd. The OS of the machine running Templater typically shouldn’t make a difference when it comes to getting data from a Google Sheet. Can you give us some more information on the errors that you’re seeing?
